This film tells us the story of Julio, an adolescent from a wealthy Chilean family at the beginning of the XXth century. On his 15th birthday, his father organizes for him a party that is only one of the many “rites of passage” Julio will have to go through. Local prostitutes are invited to the party and Julio becomes obsessed with one of them, confronting the strict codes of class that ruled his society.
