FRANKFURT

In July 2006 the soccer world cup was being played in Germany. Simultaneously, inside Paraguay, a group of young members of the countryside league of soccer were following and living through the excitement and the hopes their national team gave them in the world cup. With the dreams and passions that awaken at the largest celebration of soccer, and presumably of the world, the almost immediate defeat of Paraguay's national team leaves the country in an inconsolable sadness.
